Holy week

🇺🇸Hello world😬 how is everyone going. Yesterday i went to this amazing restaurant called los camisones in san carlos (Panama beach) and it was delicious. I order salmon (my favorite) and a little oreo cheesecake for dessert🙈 remember balance is important and is vacation time so enjoy😊 

🇪🇸Hola a tods colo han estado esta seman santa , espero que bien. Ayer fui a este excelente restaurante llamado Los Camisones en San carlos (playa en Panamá) y estaba delicioso. Ordene un salmón (mi favorito) y de postre un chessecake de oreo🙈. Recuerden el balance es importante y es vacaciones asique disfruten.



🇺🇸 today’s lunch. It was delicious. I made baked plantain chips ❤️, ground beef and roasted veggies. Have a great day 😘 

🇪🇸 almuerzo de hoy. Estaba delicioso. Hice unos chips de plátano al horno , carne molida tipo hamburguesa y vegetales rostizados. Espero que tengan un gran día.

Breakfast or dinner

 🇺🇸So last night i was craving a waffles for dinner so i decided to do something different. I did low carb waffles with almond flour . It was the first time i did the recipe so i didn’t know how it will taste. It turned out to be delicious 😻😻😻 

The recipe is super easy:

-1/3 almond flour

-4 egg whites



-1/4 almond milk 


You mix everything in a bowl and then you put it in the waffle machine. They were super crispy😻. 

I also add some sugar-free maple syrup on the top. I hope you have a great day 👄

🇪🇸 Anoche me dieron unas ganas tremendas de comer waffles en la noche. Decidí hacer una receta nueva low carb de waffles a base de harina de almendras. Era la primera vez que la hacia asique no estaba segura como iba a resultar y la verdad es que me encantaron😻 

La receta es muy sencilla:

-1/3 de harina de almendras

-4 claras de huevo



-1/4 de leche de almendras


Mezclas todo y lo pones en la maquina para waffles. Quedan super tostados😻.

Agregue un poco de sirope de maple sin azúcar encima y solo mejoro la situación😋. Espero que todos tengan un lindo día.

🇺🇸Last night I cooked a delicious salmon with some veggies.  I really like seafood ❤️❤️

The recipe is very simple:


-a lemon ( the juice)


The vegeetables are roasted.
